You are the vet our members see most, the one who knows their pet and their family over years, not appointments. Because we work on membership, your job is to keep animals well, not to chase the next transaction. This is a place to practise proper medicine, with the time, the team and the autonomy to do it right.
The role
You lead the full spectrum of general practice and take ownership of every patient’s healthcare journey. Through our app and personalised care plans, you deliver proactive, continuous care, not just individual consultations.
Your clinical judgement comes first. Every decision is made in the best interests of the patient, not to meet a revenue target. And when you need support, you will have a Clinical Guardian in Dr. Farah Murrani, who is there to back your decisions, champion clinical excellence and ensure you never have to compromise your standards of care.
What you will do
• Deliver the full scope of general practice including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, routine surgery and urgent care.
• Practise prevention-first. Detect disease early. Deliver proactive, life-stage and breed-specific care.
• Build lasting relationships with your patients and their families, and own continuity of care.
• Perform routine medical and surgical procedures with confidence. Know when specialist input will deliver the best outcome.
• Guide pet parents with honesty, empathy and transparency. Recommend only what the patient needs, never what a revenue target demands.
• Work alongside highly skilled veterinary nurses who practise at the top of their game.
• Deliver end-of-life care with compassion, dignity and grace. Support families in a dedicated farewell suite designed for peaceful goodbyes.
What you bring
• A recognised veterinary degree, and eligibility to practise as a veterinarian in the UAE (minimum 5 years’ experience).
• Solid general-practice range: internal medicine, dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery.
• Strong diagnostic imaging skills including abdominal ultrasonography, point-of-care ultrasound and radiographic interpretation. Experience in echocardiography is highly desirable.
• Warmth and real communication. You read the animal and the human in front of you, and you make people understand.
• A prevention-first instinct, and a genuine appetite for continuity and relationship medicine.
• Honesty about cost and options, and a clear sense that care comes before commerce.
• A team-first attitude. You lift the nurses and colleagues around you.
