The Role
As Lead Surgical Vet, you’ll manage a varied surgical caseload and help shape the surgical standards of the practice. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior vets, contributing to clinical discussions, and improving patient outcomes. You will:
Take the clinical lead on soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries Support and guide the vet team on surgical best practices Work in a
