Veterinary Technician, RVT to join our growing hybrid hospital team full time.

Are you looking to take your patient care and expertise to the next level? Are you an experienced RVT wanting to expand your knowledge and skillset while working with a variety of cases? Do you have 3 years of experience general practice, and experience in leadership?

We are a hybrid general practice, & 24/7 Specialty and Emergency hospital staffed with an amazing team of compassionate and experienced veterinarians, highly skilled RVTs and an awesome team of well-trained support staff. New team members are trained through a mentorship program before working independently. Applicants must have a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic with 3-4 years emergency experience preferred.

Must be self-motivated and able to think on your feet.

What You’ll Do

Whether you are a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) or technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

Lead Registered Veterinary Technician Duties Include

  • Lead, mentor, and support veterinary assistants, technicians, and client service representatives.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a resource for staff questions and problem-solving during daily operations.
  • Assist management with scheduling, staffing needs, and workflow optimization.
  • Coordinate daily hospital workflow to maximize efficiency and patient care.
  • Monitor appointment flow and assist in resolving operational challenges.
  • Ensure exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and supply control.
  • Ensure hospital cleanliness and compliance with sanitation protocols

Potential

Schedule:

Full-time, variable, weekend rotation required.

Compensation
: $21 – $28 / hr based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.
