Salmon Creek Veterinary Clinic has been independently owned and operated since 1979, proudly caring for the area’s pets and their families for over four decades. We are an established, privately owned, small animal practice that has never stopped growing, and we’re looking for a Clinical Staff Manager to lead that growth from the clinical side.
This role sits at the center of our clinic’s success. Since acquiring the practice in 2014, we’ve sustained a 20-30% year-over-year productivity increase, and we’re not slowing down. Our Clinical Staff Manager is responsible for managing clinical flow, supervising and developing the clinical team, and driving the operational decisions that keep our clinic running tighter and more efficiently day in and day out. Your leadership and management decisions directly shape how productive the clinic becomes.
We deliberately built this position, and our clinic structure, with no evenings or weekends, so you can manage a high-performing clinical team without sacrificing your own life outside of work. We want a manager who’s excited to push the clinic forward and just as invested in building a sustainable, healthy work environment for the technicians and staff reporting to them.
Our facility itself reflects that same investment in growth: remodeled in 2016, with annual technology and equipment improvements and another remodel on the horizon! Full dental equipment including dental radiology, computerized records, digital radiology, the latest Heska lab suite, ultrasound, and more. We already have a fantastic team in place, we just need the right manager to lead them to the next level.

- Compensation base of $27-32/hour

This position requires a WA Veterinary Technician License (an OR LVT with a WA LVT application in process is acceptable), along with prior management or supervisory experience and a strong interest in continuing to develop as a leader.
