Lead Kennel Technician – Work with Dogs and Farm Animals
Location: Bulverde, TX 78163
Pay: $14 – $15 per hour
Hours: 25-35 hours per week
Schedule: 3.5 consecutive days a week. AM- 6:30-11:30 and PM- 2:30-7:30
Days Off: 3.5 consecutive days every week

Red Barn Pet Ranch is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and energetic animal lover to join our team. If you want to spend your days working with dogs, horses, cows, donkeys, pigs, emus, and llamas, this could be the perfect fit.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, outside, and working hands-on with animals all day. If you enjoy being active, working with animals, and don’t mind getting a little dirty, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking care of dogs, including feeding, watering, cleaning, and keeping them happy
Assisting with farm animals by feeding and cleaning up after horses, cows, pigs, and more
Supervising dog playgroups to ensure a safe and fun environment
Keeping the facility clean, including scooping poop, washing dishes, doing laundry, and disinfecting
Helping with basic grooming like bathing, nail trims, and brushing
Greeting pet owners and checking pets in and out
Working outside in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
Someone who loves animals and enjoys being around them
A hard worker who can keep up with the physical demands of the job
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
A team player who works well with others and takes initiative
Reliable and responsible – animals depend on you to show up and provide great care
Some experience in boarding, daycare, vet clinic, or farm work is preferred but not required
