Crossroads Animal Hospital (CRAH) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Client Service Representative (Lead CSR) to oversee our front desk team of five. Our hospital, located in the Spring Creek Business Park, provides state-of-the-art care for cats and dogs, offering routine wellness care, dentistry, surgery, laser treatments, and more. Our entire team is Fear Free Certified, and we take pride in a stress-free experience for our patients. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm.
Position Overview
As the Lead CSR, you will play a key role in managing the front desk operations while ensuring a high level of client service. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and organized work environment. You will work closely with doctors, technicians, and support staff to maintain efficiency and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise a team of five CSRs, ensuring excellent client service and efficient workflow.
Client Relations: Greet clients warmly, answer phones, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about hospital services.
Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal waiting times.
Billing & Invoicing: Process invoices accurately and assist clients with payment and billing inquiries.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the reception team, technical staff, and veterinarians to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, update records, and monitor supplies as needed.
Problem-Solving: Handle escalated client concerns professionally and work with management to resolve issues.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of veterinary client service experience required; leadership experience preferred.
Skills: Proficient computer skills, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic.
Leadership Qualities: Ability to motivate, train, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18-20/hr, based on experience.
