Pawspact Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Lead Client Care Executive to manage our front desk operations and support the daily coordination of our veterinary team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with 3–4 years of veterinary clinic experience who can lead by example and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage doctors’ schedules and daily appointment flow
Oversee patient records in compliance with clinic policies
Supervise front desk operations and assign daily tasks to support staff
Handle all client communication: in-person, calls, WhatsApp, and email
Process invoices and payments; assist with service/product sales
Ensure exceptional customer service standards at the reception
Coordinate closely with doctors and nurses for smooth case handling
Monitor and improve administrative workflows across the front office
Requirements
3 to 4 years of veterinary clinic reception experience (mandatory)
Proven ability to lead front desk teams and manage busy appointment schedules
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
Familiarity with veterinary software systems
Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately
