This role is ideal for a CVT who wants leadership without being left alone to carry everything.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for the technician team
- Work closely with doctors on patient care and workflow
- Continue hands-on CVT work (this is not a desk job)
- Help shape protocols and team growth — collaboratively
