Position: Â Landscaping Services (AMC) 2025
The scope of work includes the following activities but not limited to:
Scheduled visit once a week. Schedule as required for watering, misting, staking, pest control, pruning, weeding, fertilizing the plants, soil PH testing and adjusting as required, and other horticulture practices which are required to promote healthy growth. Removal of accumulated wind-blown sand and dead foliage from plants and landscape area. Removal and replacement of dead plants are the contractor’s responsibility.
Any replacement planting, potting on, or new planting will be on a quotation basis. Quote to include for the replacement of any existing seasonal plants. The plants are displayed in the Ground Floor, seventh floor, and forty-fifth floor. The service provider shall make an inventory of the plants and attach the same to their quotation. Â Vendors should only submit a fully detailed proposal after a site visit to ensure the full scope of work required and access conditions are fully understood.
