Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of landscaping projects.
Perform physical labour tasks including digging, planting, and mulching.
Operate basic landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
Maintain a clean and safe
work environment
.
Support the team in delivering exceptional landscaping services to clients.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour outdoors.
Strong work ethic
and a
positive attitude
.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good
communication skills
.
Willingness to
learn and take on new challenges.
Experience in landscaping or similar outdoor work is an advantage but not essential.
Valid UK driving licence is a plus.
What We Offer:
Full training provided to help you succeed in your role.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplied.
Starting hourly rate of £13/hr.
Standard working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
Potential for 10 hours of overtime at standard rate.
Weekend overtime available at time and a half.
This is a Temp to Perm Job opportunity.
