Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the production manager to complete landscape projects in the most efficient manner while putting customer satisfaction first
Motivate crew members to achieve desired productivity and job performance
Operate equipment including, but not limited to, single axle dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, track loaders, and excavators
Properly complete time reports and other required tablet work
Address clients’ questions, comments, and concerns
Assist Production Manager with route and job planning and organization, ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available
Train employees
Assist and lead crews on all aspects of jobs
Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Driver’s license with a clean record
Previous Landscaping leadership experience
Willing to work extra hours when needed to complete jobs
This job requires general labor and operating equipment
Adept at identifying and solving problems that may arise during landscaping projects
Ability to make decisions under pressure
