Landscape Technician (Stormwater)

• Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:
Full Time, 40–55 hours per week
• Travel:
Required, 10–15 days per month using company truck.

What you’ll be doing
- Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets).
- Perform mowing, weed‑trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties.
- Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
- Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally 10–15 days per month.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2+ years of manual labor experience, preferably outdoors.
- Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally; 10–15 days per month typical.
- Must be 21 years or older due to DOT interstate transportation requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Pass a pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting) and work in various weather conditions.
