Job Description
Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaping Technician Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscape design and installation projects, contributing to the enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work with patios, walkways, retaining walls, sod, and seeding, as well as occasional involvement in other landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of landscaping features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Prepare and maintain soil and planting areas for seeding and sod installation.
Operate basic landscaping tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with other landscaping tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in landscaping or related field is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of landscape design principles and plant care.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various landscaping tasks.
