A “Landscape Technician” is essentially a fancy way of saying someone who works on a crew of landscape professionals. It’s a hard job, can be dirty, and we do not want to sugar coat it; it is very labor-intensive work. We understand it isn’t for everyone, but it could be for you… and here is why:

You will work with all different kinds of tools and equipment to maintain commercial properties. You will be mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, and installing landscapes.

Ability to perform all aspects of landscape tasks in a safe manner
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks

Requires substantial physical activity performing strenuous activities of a productive and technical nature; regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions of extreme heat and extreme cold; consistent exposure to loud noise; potential exposure to air pollution, allergens, dust, pollen, insects, and other potentially harmful naturally occurring hazards; continuous exposure to moving mechanical parts and sharp objects
