Job Overview:
Legacy Landscaping LLC is seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create and maintain beautiful residential and commercial landscapes while learning the Legacy way. We’re looking for someone with prior landscaping or similar experience who’s eager to grow, learn, and contribute to stunning projects. This position offers hands-on work in a supportive team environment, with opportunities for mentorship and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing flower beds.
Operate landscaping tools and machinery (such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Assist with hardscape projects, including paver installation, retaining walls, and other features.
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain provided safety gear and equipment.
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or related field experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Basic understanding of landscaping tools and machinery (training provided as needed).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Physical stamina to lift, carry, bend, and perform manual labor tasks as required.
Reliable transportation to shop and punctuality.
Valid Drivers License is required.
