Position: HOURLY – Landscape Supervisor

We’re seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals tojoin our teamas a Landscape Supervisor! If you love working outdoors, managing a crew, and have a talent for turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes, this is the job for you!
The Details
Schedule:7:00am to 6:00pm Monday – Thursday, Friday maybe necessary
Location:Charlotte, NC
Pay:$20 to $23 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Garden Creation:Plant, water and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Lawn Care:Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns to keep them looking lush.
Equipment Operation:Safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicle.
Seasonal Maintenance:Perform seasonal tasks like leaf removal and snow clearing…that means no seasonal layoffs!
Team Player:Cooperative and communicative with colleagues and employees.
Requirements
Physical Stamina:Able to handle the demands of outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
Screening:Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Dependable and Punctual:Must have reliable transportation.
Driving:Must possess valid NC driver’s license.
Bilingual:Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
