Location: Weaverville
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaper/Maintenance professional to join our team in Weaverville. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift position working alongside two maintenance crews while helping manage schedules and site visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in both property maintenance and landscape installation, including pavers, rock work, waterfalls, and more.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and scheduling for two maintenance crews
Visit new customer sites to evaluate service needs and provide recommendations
Perform hands-on landscaping tasks such as stone patios, walkways, and plant installations
Ensure proper application of fertilization, herbicides, and weed control
Maintain clear communication with crews and clients for seamless operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance and landscape services across multiple sites
Knowledge of fertilization, weed control, and general lawn care practices
Skilled in landscaping features like rock work, pavers, and water elements
Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
