About the role
Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Landscape Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality landscaping projects throughout the region.
What you’ll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive landscaping plans to transform outdoor spaces
Managing a team of gardeners and landscapers to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards
Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional landscaping solutions
Monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of all work
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the gardening and landscaping industry
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we’re looking for
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar landscape management role
Demonstrated expertise in landscape design, horticulture, and project management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and manage a team
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
A passion for creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces that enhance the local environment
Relevant qualifications in landscape design, horticulture, or a related field
