Design and Planning:
Develop and implement landscape plansthat enhance the hotel’s aesthetics andfunctionality.
Coordinate with architects,engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape designs intooverall property plans.
Ensure designs aresustainable and environmentallyfriendly.
Maintenance and Management:
Oversee the maintenance of gardens,lawns, trees, and other outdoor areas.
Ensureall landscaping is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness,orderliness, and beauty.
Manage irrigationsystems and ensure efficient wateruse.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a teamof landscape technicians andgardeners.
Schedule and oversee regularmaintenance and landscaping activities.
Conductperformance evaluations and provide ongoing training anddevelopment.
Budget Management
:
Prepare and manage the landscapingbudget.
Source and negotiate with suppliers forplants, materials, and equipment.
Ensure alllandscaping activities are cost-effective and withinbudget.
Health and Safety:
Ensure all landscaping activities complywith health and safety regulations.
Implementsafety training and protocols for the landscapeteam.
Regularly inspect outdoor areas forpotential hazards and address thempromptly.
Customer Service:
Respond to guest feedback and addresslandscaping-related concerns.
Work closely withthe guest services team to ensure the landscape contributespositively to the guestexperience.
Innovationand Improvement:
Stay updated with the latesttrends and technologies in landscaping andhorticulture.
Implement new techniques andpractices to enhance the property’slandscape.
Continuously seek ways to improvethe efficiency and effectiveness of the landscape maintenanceoperations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 5 years of experience inlandscape management, preferably in a hospitalitysetting.
Strong knowledge of plants,horticultural practices, and irrigationsystems.
Proven ability to manage budgets andteams effectively.
Excellent organizational andproject management skills.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Proficiency in landscape designsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.  Key Skills  Management
