Position Overview
We are hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician to maintain and service residential properties. This role focuses on routine landscape care, property upkeep, and early identification of maintenance needs to keep outdoor spaces in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, walkways, and outdoor living areas
- Complete general groundskeeping tasks, including seasonal cleanup and debris removal
- Inspect properties regularly and report or address maintenance issues
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and perform basic upkeep on tools
- Support small repair tasks and ongoing property care projects
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, walking, equipment use)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and safety practices
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
Work Schedule
- Typically Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work based on seansonal needs
