Every morning, you will gear up and head out to transform residential properties into vibrant, well-manicured landscapes. At Yard Techs, we are looking for a strong work ethic, motivation to learn, and a desire to grow with us. Be ready to expand your knowledge in the landscape industry.
However, you will still complete a comprehensive training program, after which, you’ll take on essential maintenance tasks, ****
* Landscape & Hardscape
***** Maintain and enhance residential properties with pride.
Equipment
***** Efficiently push, pull, and ride lawn mowers on flat, sloped, or uneven terrain, and skillfully use edgers, string trimmers, backpack, and handheld blowers.
Physical & Technical
***** Safely operate chain saws, pole saws, and hedge trimmers to prune trees and bushes, and handle light irrigation repairs once trained.
***** Keep equipment clean and ready for action, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.
***** Confidently drive trucks and vans for extended periods across freeways and local roads.
