Experience our long summer days in the hub of The Last Frontier while working for a high-end commercial and residential landscape company.
We are offering several entry level and lead positions for the season of April 15 th thru October 31 st , 2025.
Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead
A Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of 2-3 people for maintenance operations for a weekly route of several properties. This person will have experience in landscape techniques, utilizing maintenance tools (weed whackers, riding mowers, powered hedge trimmers), and will be able to delegate tasks.
This is a seasonal, full-time position and requires a dedicated employee with exceptional attendance.
This position requires a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
An end-of-season bonus is available based on seasonal performance.
Wage range is $25-$27/hr
Qualified candidates will be drug and alcohol free.
Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English.
Individuals with a current Alaska DEC Pesticide Applicator Certification are eligible for an increase in wage.
On-site, seasonal, shared housing is available for the right individuals at a reduced cost.
