Clintar Landscape Management is currently recruiting for a number of dedicated and hardworking landscape crew leaders for the upcoming 2024 Spring/Summer season.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assign, monitor and assist with duties for the crew to ensure quality expectations
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers each day
• Maintaining lawns and planting gardens
• Trimming shrubs and trees
• Operating small machinery (lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc)
• Spring and fall clean-ups
• Property Maintenance
• Comply with all company policies and regulations
• Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with your team members and keep a positive attitude
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
Requirements:
• Ability to supervise 2-3 people while prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Experience driving a truck and towing a trailer
• Able to follow a schedule and complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion
• Previous landscape maintenance experience
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Keep paperwork organized and complete accurately day
• Attention to detail
• Full G license with a clean drivers abstract
