Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Lawn Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in maintaining residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a landscaping crew, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to company standards.
Perform and oversee lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, and fertilization.
Install and maintain hardscapes, pavers, retaining walls, mulch, sod, plants, and other landscape elements.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and skid steers.
Train and mentor crew members in best practices and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns professionally.
Ensure job sites are cleaned up and left in excellent condition.
Track project progress and report to management as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance.
Prior experience in a leadership or foreman role.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape installation is a plus.
Ability to operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
