Landscape/Hardscape Labourer Jobs in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada at Universal Staffing Inc.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape/Hardscape Labourer. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, gardens etc. The ideal candidate is hardworking and passionate about transforming landscapes into functional beautiful spaces. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO TIMBERLEA AREA FOR 7:00AM
Responsibilities:
Preform landscape work. Planting trees, shrubs, and sod installation.
Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment.
Work efficiently with a team to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction.
Assist with patio/wall installations
Raking various materials (ex. Gravel, soil, mulch)
Cutting stones
Shoveling & moving material with wheelbarrow
Other landscaping duties
Skills:
Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools like lawnmowers and
blowers.
Experience in digging, building structures such as retaining walls or garden beds, and overall landscape design.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
