Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader
Job Description:
Come join the CAM Property Services Team as a Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader!
Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned properties are being maintained by directly coordinating with Area Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise 2-3 crew members.
Irrigation repair
Hand pruning
Driving to job sites
Loading and unloading equipment and trash
Use of any equipment as needed.
Lift over 50lbs.
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of extensive irrigation experience, Bilingual in Spanish, valid CA driver’s license, irrigation experience is a plus.
Labor:
Work directly with crew leader to ensure all assigned properties are maintained.
Weeding, hand pruning, use of equipment as needed, loading and unloading equipment and trash, lift over 50lbs.
