Responsibilities:
Manage team of up to 4 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team
Perform landscape “Extras” such as hand garden weeding, planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning, garden bed creation, sod and tree install, mulch install and planting
Operate a variety of mechanical and hand equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, pruners, line trimmers, and tillers
Address clients’ questions, comments, and concerns
Complete daily paperwork i.e., vehicle and trailer checklist, work orders, fertilizing sheets, and other required documents
Job Requirements:
Current and unrestricted G Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Three years’ experience in this or a related field
Previous leadership experience
Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
Willingness to work occasional overtime
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
Wage: $22-$24 an hour depending on experience.
