Job Responsibilities
Lead all maintenance care service activities of the crew, ensuring safety, proper training, and tools.
Complete weekly pre-trip inspection reports.
Coordinate with account managers, supervisors, customers, and employees.
Operate landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
Safely drive crews to and from jobs, adhering to safety policies.
Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, trash pickup, and leaf removal.
Assist with bush trimming and general cleanup.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least 1 year of landscaping experience preferred.
Experience managing 2-6 person crews preferred.
Must be 18 or older.
Pass drug screening and background check.
Physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, lift up to 70 lbs, and perform outdoor tasks.
