Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your landscaping crew
Work alongside your Crew members in training in the field
Tasks such as operation of a Zero turn, Line trimmer and all other types of landscape tools
Pull a truck and trailer
Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
Foster team spirit
Ensure health & safety compliance
Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Landscape Maintenance
Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
