We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Project Construction Crew Member to join our team and contribute to our commercial and residential landscape projects. Crew Members work as part of a team installing plants, large trees and bushes, sodding, seeding, mulching, paver patios, and retaining walls.
This is not a training/apprenticeship position. We are looking for people with a strong background in professional landscaping installations.

Responsibilities
Install custom landscapes, including planting large trees and bushes, seeding, sodding, paver patios, and retaining walls for large commercial and residential projects. Operate a skid steer and other power tools, and drive a truck and trailer.
Maintain a positive attitude, focus on team goals, and follow directions.
Perform on-call snow removal duties in winter.
Ensure all projects meet the company’s high standards for quality and aesthetics.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
Support various tasks as needed to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
Experience in landscape construction or related fields.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
