MG Group HR Services is hiring for its client – a well-established and highly reputable company operating in the field of independent quality control, product testing, and certification on both domestic and international markets.
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role within an analytical/testing laboratory environment, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and continuous development of laboratory processes and methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and oversee all laboratory operations in line with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
- Ensure validity, traceability, and reliability of testing results
- Drive the development, validation, and implementation of analytical methods
- Manage and develop laboratory teams and workflows
- Plan and optimize laboratory resources (equipment, materials, staffing)
- Review, verify, and approve laboratory reports
- Define corrective actions and ensure their effective implementation
- Coordinate participation in proficiency testing and interlaboratory comparisons
- Ensure alignment with quality management systems and client requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory documentation and processes
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, Agriculture, or Veterinary Medicine
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory environment
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in analytical, testing, inspection, or accredited laboratory systems
- Experience with instruments such as LC/MS/MS, GC/MS/MS, ICP/MS is considered a strong advantage
- Strong command of English
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven mindset
