- Supervise and ensure routine diagnostic investigations with accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality control and regulatory standards across all lab activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting of laboratory investigations.
- Monitor inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of laboratory equipment.
- Train, guide & monitoring performance of laboratory technicians / technologists and support staffs.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment, comply with safety policies and dispose of waste according to local & state regulations.
- Oversee leaves and absent of lab staffs to ensure smooth lab operation.
- Follow & maintain the SOP & documentations as per ISO 9001:2015.
- Provides clinical guidance and regularly reports on clinical activities to the management.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of science in medical technology (b.sc. med tech)
- Skills: laboratory management, laboratory technicians, laboratory procedures, laboratory skills, lab management, laboratory regulations, laboratory techniques & procedures, laboratory equipment maintenance, laboratory skills (bloodwork, diagnostics), laboratory medicine
