Do you love dogs? Can you handle all the puppy love (plus the poop, pee, vomit and shomit they can create?)? Looking for dedicated, passionate people who want to learn the dog daycare, boarding and training job world. I can provide full job description but a few things to consider: must be able to lift 50 lbs, must be able to operate in an extremely busy environment (and sometimes loud), must be able to stand for long periods of time. Dog experience is welcomed but if you have a passion for animals we can train!
In addition to on the job training, you will also go through a number of online tutorials for working with dogs as well as Pet First Aid and CPR training. Completion of the online educational tools will increase your base pay.
We do provide a number of “perks” for working at KKC — free daycare and boarding for your dogs (except during peak periods) for full time staff or 50% off for part time staff, wholesale pricing of our items at our store, and we often provide lunch or dinners!
