Role Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key foodservice accounts across the UAE. You’ll be responsible for building strong customer partnerships, delivering on sales targets, and implementing strategic plans that align with broader commercial goals. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented professional with deep knowledge of the UAE’s foodservice landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key foodservice customers.
Build and execute annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional strategies for assigned accounts.
Lead price negotiations, contract renewals, and trade term agreements with foodservice partners.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within new and existing customer segments.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure on-time delivery, product availability, and promotional execution in line with customer expectations.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years’ experience in a Key Account Management or Sales role within an FMCG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing company in Dubai or the wider UAE.
Strong network within the foodservice industry.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.
