Your Missions
Identify within the Strategic Accounts the decision-making and influencing network.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Strategic Account’s top management and with the key decision-making roles within the Account.
Understand business potential of the account and gap analysis to define Ceve’s growth opportunities.
Understand the pressures/plans/problems of the account and of key individuals within the account organization.
Seek out opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration to achieve both Ceva and Account’s goals through active and transparent Account Planning.
Lead the process in building Ceva products & Services and grow a sustainable business with these accounts.
Position Ceva to win new business within the account to develop, communicate and drive effective selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business, or a related field.
Experience in swine health and nutrition sales, preferably in the swine industry.
Strong knowledge of swine production practices, nutrition, and health.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing situations.
Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, if applicable.
Ability to analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop business plans.
