Kennel / Veterinary Assistant Jobs in Pacific Beach, CA at Turquoise Animal Hospital
We are a busy full-service AAHA accredited hospital in Pacific Beach with multiple doctors. We treat dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and various “pocket pets”. Currently, we are seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
Looking for a positive person that is also dependable, friendly, outgoing, have a dedicated work ethic, self-motivated and work well with team members. Must have flexible hours and no conflicts to be able to work any hours the hospital is open (Mon – Fri 8:15 am – 5:15 pm and Sat 7:45 am – 4:15 pm). There is also rotation needed for Sundays and Holidays (walking/feeding and cleaning hospitalized/boarded pets).
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Must be hardworking, care about the patients and want to learn and grow in a supportive environment. All applicants must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
