Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kennel Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and experience in handling dogs of various breeds and temperaments. This role involves providing reliable and attentive care to dogs, cleaning kennels, dog walking, play groups and importantly, showing our dogs to potential adopters.
Requirements
Previous experience in animal care or handling, such as veterinary assistant, pet sitting, or kennel work is preferred.
Knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques is essential.
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with potential pet owners.
Ability to manage multiple dogs at once while ensuring their safety.
Physical stamina to walk dogs for extended periods in various weather conditions.
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
Reliable transportation.
