Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess relevant skills in veterinary assistance, dog handling, and customer service.
Duties:
– Provide daily care for animals in the kennel facility
– Assist with feeding, grooming, and exercising animals
– Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas
– Monitor animal behavior and report any concerns
– Administer medications as directed by owners
Skills:
– Experience as a veterinary assistant or technician is preferred
– Proficiency in dog handling and animal care
– Knowledge of basic pet grooming techniques
– Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners
– Ability to handle animal restraint safely and effectively
