Are you passionate about animals and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced boarding facility? We’re looking for a dedicated Kennel Technician to join our team of animal lovers who work hard to make every pet’s stay clean, safe, and tail-wagging happy!
Position Details:
- Pay starts at $11/hour
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Part-time and full-time shifts available
- We proudly work with veterinary students and offer flexible scheduling around your class commitments!
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be detail oriented and extremely responsible.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to lift 50lbs.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Providing compassionate, attentive care to all boarding pets
- Feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of kennels, play areas, and facility spaces
- Assisting with supervised group play and enrichment activities
- Bathing and light grooming for pets before going home
- Monitoring pet behavior and reporting concerns to supervisors
