Bunk and Biscuit in Niles, MI is in now hiring kennel techs to care for and work with our boarding dogs. We are looking for long term, career minded, reliable individuals who love animals. Our shifts run 7am to 3pm and 1pm to 9pm. MUST have open availability to work a mixture of both shifts. Our facility has structured play; We work with every dog while they are with us using constant positive reinforcement. Cleaning is a huge part of this job. With four large barns and over 60 suites, we take pride in how clean our facility is. Weekends, evenings and holidays are required in this industry. Applicants must be over the age of 18. Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance available after 90 days as well. Client tips are also available after 90 days of employment, typically adding up to $2.00 – $2.50 per hour on top of regular hourly wage. Starting wage $12 (negotiable with actual animal industry experience).
