Kennel Technician Jobs in Doral, FL at Doggies Gone Wild
High-volume, fast-paced Dog Hotel seeking Kennel Technician at our Doral location.
DO NOT CALL ABOUT THIS POSITION. YOU WILL NOT GET HIRED IF YOU CALL.
Responsibilities include:
- Watching after a group of dogs
- Picking up after them
- Handling them and performing daily physical inspections
- Ensuring they are playing safely (we provide training on dog behavior and body language)
- Taking exceptional photos of the dogs (Must have your own cell phone with a decent camera)
- Daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
Requirements (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS):
- Available 7am-2pm OR 12pm-7pm. Must be available to work weekends and federal holidays. We can work around school schedules if its only 1-2 days a week.
- Patience with dogs of all sizes (you cannot work here if you are “scared of big dogs”)
- Pay rate of $15 an hour
- No violent/theft/sexual predatory criminal background
- Must speak English. Spanish is a plus.
- Must be 18+ years old. No minors at all, no exceptions.
