Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and pet visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in calendar management, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members, ensuring efficient time management.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Utilize Google Suite and other software tools to manage correspondence and documentation effectively.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes in a dental office setting, if applicable.
Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Filling in as needed to clean kennels, play with pets, feed, etc.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Google Suite and basic computer literacy is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.
