Job Summary
K-9 Corral is an exclusive and luxurious pet care facility. We pride ourselves on outstanding animal husbandry and customer service.
K9 Corral is currently looking for full time and part-time kennel techs.
Duties include:
– Watching large groups of dogs as they play in our outside exercise areas.
– Feeding, picking up food bowls, sweeping, mopping, and general janitorial work.
– Occasional Caring for our feline guests
Requirements include:
– Must love animals, be reliable and dependable.
– Must be able to work as early as 5:15 am(opening shift) or as late as 7:30 pm (closing shift)
-Must be able to work one weekend shift a week
-Must be able to work short holiday shifts
-Must be able to pass a drug screen

The role of kennel tech is the most important role in the care of our guests. The kennel technician will assume complete responsibility for the care and welfare of the guests in our facility. The Kennel Technician must be dependable, caring, and pay attention to detail. Cleanliness of the facility is what will determine our success. Keeping the focus on cleanliness and safety is essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and grasping.
Talking and hearing to effectively convey information and understand instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Upon hiring you will be required to complete 4 hours of an unpaid working interview.
