The ideal candidate will have:
-previous experience as a kennel tech or elsewhere (pet sitting, dog kennel, rescue, vet hospital, or volunteering)
– TEAM PLAYER, Dependable, punctual, and reliable (all four)
-Detail oriented (administering meds, sending photos and videos in timely manner)
-Available for six/seven hour shifts, 2 to 4 times a week
-Reliable transportation
Kennel Technician responsibilities:
-Disinfecting after pets
-Feeding pets
-Administering meds
-Writing up daily summaries and reports
-Taking photographs and videos for owners
-Making sure kennels are well maintained (clean and disinfected)
-Floor and playground maintenance
