Women’s Animal Center Veterinary Hospital is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is a clients’ first impression of the practice, on the phone or in person. CSR must possess strong organizational skills, excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They must have compassion for animals and their owners and be able to work as a member of a team to provide excellent customer service.
The CSR is responsible for greeting clients; differentiating routine cases from emergency cases; scheduling appointments; entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer; generating invoices and reviewing; processing payments; and retrieving and storing electronic medical records.
The CSR also assists the veterinary technician team in placing patients and clients in exam rooms and reviewing patient information.
Computer skills, math/counting skills, written and verbal communication skills are required.
This is a full time position and applicant must be able to work various day, evening and Saturday shifts.

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
