## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a desire to provide excellent care for our furry friends.
## Responsibilities
– Assist in the daily care of animals in the kennel facility
– Feed, water, and exercise animals according to schedules
– Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal areas
– Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the supervisor
– Provide basic grooming such as bathing and brushing
– Help with animal handling, restraint, and transportation
– Maintain accurate records of animal care activities
## Requirements
– Experience or knowledge in pet sitting, animal handling, and pet care
– Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
– Knowledge of basic dog training techniques is a plus
– Familiarity with veterinary terminology is beneficial
– Willingness to learn pet grooming techniques
– Previous experience in a veterinary setting or laboratory is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Required)
- Veterinary assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
