*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner and pet caretaker to join our team! We have our employees walk and play with pets on a regular basis as well as tackle cleaning jobs to ensure optimal care for our pets! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*note: there is a 2 1/2 hour break in the middle of the work day*
*Duties*
– Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including dog runs and cat condos.
– Be able to handle dogs and cats of all sizes.
– Walk and play with dogs, ensuring the safety of all employees, animals, and customers.
– Handle and be responsible for feeding and administering medication
– Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
– Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
– Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
*Requirements*
– Previous cleaning and pet care experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
– Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care for animals.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to handle large and/or strong dogs.
– Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
– Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
– Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude towards work.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
