Part-Time Kennel Attendant 1
The County of Clarke is accepting applications for a part-time Kennel Attendant I at the Animal Shelter. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) on a set schedule, and includes evening and weekend shifts.
Duties include daily animal care and cleaning, assisting the public, and light clerical support. Pay is $13/hour.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Must be able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time with the ability to regularly handle up to 50 pounds and 100 pounds with assistance. Must possess valid driver’s license. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers and to deal effectively with the public. This position is open until filled.
