Arbor View Animal Hospital is excited to announce we are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our team of kennel assistants. If you are good at multi-tasking, reliable, and love working with animals and client communication this position could be for you. If you’re considering a career in veterinary medicine or an assistant/technician position this could be your opportunity to experience what it’s like working in an animal hospital, with the potential to move into an assistant position.

- Previous experience working in a kennel environment is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Highlights of the Position:
- Responsible for the care of boarding dogs, cats and exotic pets (such as birds, reptiles, and small mammals)
- Feeding and administering medication to boarding or hospitalized patients (when needed)
- Scheduling and checking in/out boarding reservations and grooming appointments
- Communicating with clients
- Cleaning and maintaining the hospital facility
- Assisting veterinarians, technicians and assistants as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
