Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a strong desire to provide excellent care for our furry friends. Hours are Monday-Thursday 3:30 to 7:30 and alternating weekends which are split shifts. You will also be required to work Holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
– Assist in the daily care of animals in the kennel facility
– Provide food, water, and clean bedding to animals
– Walk dogs and engage in playtime activities
– Clean kennels, cages, and animal living areas
– Monitor animal behavior and report any health concerns to manager
– Assist with animal restraint when necessary
